Basil Hawkins, a character from One Piece.

Most favorite character! XD lol Well, technically I like all Rookies :P

I was in my class today when I came up with this "one Piece" sequal (?). Why not do with North&South Blue rookies. I got the topic for Drake, Kid, Killer, and Bonny. Now I just need time to draw it :)
... Not to mention i'm in my midterm week lol Studying? What's that.

Anyways, here's Hawkin's ver. of "One Piece".
I thought his ability to see ppl's death, luck and all is a "gift" (whether it's a good thing or bad thing is unknown).

Someone finally drew a picture of Basil!! :w00t!: He's my favourite supernova along with Law (and maybe a few others ^^). He looks amazing in your style, and the idea that you threaded into this piece is just superb!!
